Position: Community Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and manage the community based on phase-specific goals and plans, achieving user acquisition and retention.
  2. Enhance community engagement, plan and execute community activities, and meet business performance indicators.
  3. Identify user needs and design, interact, execute, and track the effectiveness of online/offline marketing activities, responsible for user retention, activity levels, and conversion rates.
  4. Actively engage with users to identify potential and core users, facilitate user conversion, and develop key user nurturing plans to maintain user activity.
  5. Record and analyze daily operational data to reflect community/user behavior, improve community structure, and optimize operational strategies.
  6. Maintain close communication with community members, gather and summarize feedback, and make timely adjustments and improvements, ensuring effective communication with relevant departments.
  7. Manage the MOD and ambassador teams within the community, guiding core members in building community culture and expanding brand influence.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over six months of community operations experience (experience managing MODs is a plus).
  2. Strong understanding of the blockchain industry with excellent execution skills.
  3. Familiarity with Discord/TG tools.
  4. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  5. Sensitive to trending topics, capable of engaging and strengthening community relations, and able to stand out in a crowd.
  6. High enthusiasm for community engagement, with familiarity of local cultures and operations in multiple countries.
